Lot Expiry/Retest Check Box On Specification Test Line Defaults To 'Checked' Value (Doc ID 2276268.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Quality Management Specifications

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a new item specification (Process Manufacturing Product Development), via Quality Manager > Specifications > Specifications, the check box for 'Lot Expiry/Retest' on the test line would previously default to 'Unchecked' value. Since the upgrade it now defaults to 'Checked' value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When creating a new item specification (Process Manufacturing Product Development), via Quality Manager > Specifications > Specifications, the check box for 'Lot Expiry/Retest' on the test line would previously default to 'Unchecked' value

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Quality Manager > Specifications > Specifications, the check box for 'Lot Expiry/Retest

2. Checkbox is enabled .
