Workbench Oracle eLocation Map Not Displaying with Message "Enter valid vendor credentials" (Doc ID 2276426.1)

When attempting to view a map for a shipment in a configured workbench (using Oracle ELocation as the map vendor), the map is not displayed and the following message is displayed on the screen:

It is expected to be able to use maps successfully with no errors in a workbench

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Create a new workbench in OTM with a Map tab.
2. Navigate to Configuration and Administration -> User Configuration -> Workbench Designer
3. Select the respective workbench
4. Click on the Map Parameters icon and select ORACLE ELOCATION from the Map Vendor drop down menu
5. The "Enter valid vendor credentials" will be displayed in a pop up window
