Symptoms

E-Business Suite R12 Concurrent Processing, Standard Request Submission (SRS) FNDRSRUN Form issues

 

 

The length of 'To' and 'CC' field of Email delivery option in Submit Requests form (FNDRSRUN) is restricted to 100 characters.

When specifying multiple emails in one line the email field does not restrict users from entering more than 100 characters,  but at submission the program truncates it to 100 characters.

Even without submitting if email id details over 100 chars are entered in the delivery options and the user click ok, when reopening the window it has already been truncated.


1.System administrator > Concurrent > Requests.
2.Query Active Users.
3.Click Delivery Options button.
4.In Email tab,enter email address<one email or more than one> which has more than 100 characters in one row.
5.Click OK.
6.Return back to Delivery > Email screen.
7.Email address get truncated to 100 characters.
