Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Bid/Quote creation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Price lines did not get copy to new RFQ from cancelled RFQ

Submitted RFQ 1234 in the Oracle approval path for the collaboration team's approval. However,
the 01/24/17 close date expired prior to collaboration team's final approval. Therefore, was not
able to edit RFQ 1234 since it expired. So, RFQ 1234 was cancelled and copied the event to
create a new RFQ 1235 from RFQ 1234 in "Manage Events". Everything got copied from RFQ 1234
to RFQ 1235, i.e. contract term clauses, header title, etc. except the price lines did not copy to the
new RFQ 1235.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect copied RFQ to include the price lines on the new RFQ
