Service Request Search Returns Incorrect Results When Searching By Date Criteria (Doc ID 2276917.1)

In the Service Request Advanced search screen, when the search is done using criteria for Greater Than (>), the search results are incorrect.
The search retrieves Service Requests both equal to and greater than the date given.

Expected Behavior:

When search is performed using Created On > Date, only those SR whose date is greater than the date used in the criteria.


(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
   - Click on Advanced Search
   - Use Item "Created On"
