Skills Added On The Skill Assignment Page Are Not Visible After Opening The Page Again (Doc ID 2277141.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Skills added on the skill assignment page are not visible when opening the page again.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Added skills should always visible on skill assignment page.

STEPS
1. Create a SR and task.
2. Click on Skills button to add new skill for the task.
3. Add a new skill and save the record.
4. Close the page and re-open it and this time added skills will not be visible.
