ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Credit Card Outstanding Transactions Management (Details) Report was run after loading a MasterCard file yesterday and after it completed. A second run of the Credit Card Outstanding Transactions Management (Details) report was submitted a few hours later.

Unused transactions from the first run that are not tied to any expense reports are missing from the second run. For example, the transactions for user FROST, JAMINE, the first report had a Total Outstanding: of (3,010.49)CAD.
The user entered expense reports during the interrium and those transactions appear on the second report with a status of Unused. There are 73 Credit transactions shown.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All transactions from the first run should appear on the second run if no expense reports were entered, approved and imported successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load a a MasterCard file using the standard MasterCard Loader and Validation program appropriate for the data fie format.
2. Submit the Credit Card Outstanding Transactions Management (Details) Report
3. Review one user, for example, the transactions for user FROST, JAMIE, the first report had a Total Outstanding: of (3,010.49) CAD and show status' of Unused'.
4. The user enters an expense report (OIE188888) for 20 of the transactions in question.
5. Submit a second run for the Credit Card Outstanding Transactions Management (Details) Report
6. Review the same user, for example, the transactions for user FROST JAIME, and see now only 21 transactions appear. 20 show a status of 'Pending Manager Approval' with an attached expense report number of OIE188888, however only one remains with a status of 'Unused' where it is expected that there will 53 transactions with a status of 'Unused'.
