When Submitting Large Volume Of Records In ITM Only Some Transactions Get Stuck In WSH_ITM_REQUEST_CONTROL Table With Process Flag -2

(Doc ID 2277375.1)

Oracle Shipping Execution - Version 12.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 12.1 version, Integrations & Conc. Program

Some International Trade Management(ITM) Requests remain stuck in WSH_ITM_REQUEST_CONTROL table with process_flag as '-2'.  The transactions do not progress to Global Trade Management (GTM).  A workaround to progress and clear stuck requests is to shutdown and restart the ITM Adapter.

ITM Transactions do not get stuck in -2 status

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Order Management Super User Responsibility
2) Enter sales order
3) Run the Item Synchronization program
4) Book Sales order simultaneously while Item Synchronization is running
5) Once sales order books , lines are automatically sent to ITM
6) Check in WSH_ITM_REQUEST_CONTROL table if no record is stuck with status -2
