The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility
Product Information Management Data Librarian
> Item Catalog
>Simple Search
>Associations
>Related Items
>Click on Planning Details on any ‘Substitute’ Item

Add a new Planning details row and new Customer Name:
Try to add ‘Address’ , it is not querying any result.
