Group Security Not Being Enforced in Offers Screen (Doc ID 2277800.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Offers

Users are able to view offer lines and offer checkbook even though it is displayed as locked.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create two resource groups.
Navigate to CRM Administrator > Resource Manager > Maintain Resources > Groups
Enter Group A in the name field > Save
Repeat for Group B

2) Assign group A to User A
Navigate to CRM Administrator > Resource Manager > Maintain Resources > Resources
Locate resource
Click of resource details
Assign Role Type Sales with Role of Sales Administrator
Click on the Groups Tab.
Assign Group A in the group name field. Assign the Sales Admin role in the group member role field
Save and repeat steps for User B/Group B.

3) Assign group security to offer
Log into the application as user A.
Create an offer
Click on the Team tab on the offer window
Select Group in the drop down box and click Go
Select Group A from the search box.
Save work and log out.

4) Log in as User B
Query the offer created in previous step. Offer should have a lock icon next to it. Click on offer link. Limited offer information should be displayed. Instead, the entire offer and details are displayed.
