WMS Labels Are Not Being Created/printed When Performing A PO Receipt Using Standard Oracle Forms. (Doc ID 2277837.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users have setup for Label type = Material for the Receipt Business Flow .  Then users perform PO receipts (Routing type = Direct) in Batch Mode using Desktop.
The Material label type does not print when the the Receiving Transaction Processor is submitted with null group Id to process the receive transaction.

The label prints fine if the PO receipt is made using the MSCA but it is not working for the Oracle standard forms.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the material label to printed when performing PO receipts using the standard Oracle forms

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up the label print for the receipt transaction
2. Create a PO
3. Receive the PO with the batch mode;
4. Submit the Receiving Transaction Processor (RTP) with null group id
5. No label requests are generated.
