Exchange Rate picked on a Work Confirmation 'Correct' transaction

On performing a 'Correct' action on a 'Processed' Work Confirmation, the exchange rate picked for this correct transaction is the Order Rate, not the rate associated with the Receiving/Work Confirmation transaction, this is causing a big variance

Expect exchange rate to be picked from GL current date and not from rate /
  date indicated at header level of blanket agreement

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Create Daily Rates for a foreign currency, GBP and rate type, Corporate
  2. Create Blanket Purchase Agreement with Currency GBP, rate type Corporate
      In PO_HEADERS_TABLE, Type_Lookup_Code BLANKET, Rate_Date 08-15-2011, Rate 0,5
  3. Create Release for the same
  4. Make sure that the Match Option is set to Receipt.
  3. Create Release for the same
  5. Receive through ROI and see that the currency rate and currency date
      are not populated correctly in RCV_TRANSACTIONS.

The values originate from PO_HEADERS_ALL table for the BPA instead of having
Currency_Conversion_Date= Receipt date and Currency_Conversion_Rate = Rate
from gl_daily_rates.
