Qn1:On : 12.1.3 version, Work Execution

Resource usage is allowed outside of resource header datetime

Workday calendars are used and shift patterns in eAM, based on which the resource usage is split on the Work Order (WO).
Once the WO is firmed, system allows a change to the resource header dates and triggers bottom up scheduling if WO resource dates are outside of the Operation/WO dates.
This however does nothing to the resource usage dates where the resource end times show outside of the parent records.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to WO form..Query one WO-->Go to Resource tab-->Change the Scheduled
Completion date on the resource-->Save
2. Observe that the dates are updated at the operation level..
3. Navigate to SSM-->Query the WO-->Click on the Operations Tab-->See that
the dates are as expected in the Summary tab but not in details tab..
4.The dates are correct in header/WO level as well..

Is this a bug or by design?
