WIPRDJVR Discrete Job Value Report Is Showing Wrong Data when Appliying Manual Resource To The Job

Discrete job value report is showing wrong data for standard discrete job value report.
Customer has set up resources as manual. They have applied manual resource to the job. This is standard job.
The system allows to add manual resource to the job and also it reflects in WIP Accounting under resource correctly.
The applied resource is not part of standard routing. Accounting wise it is accurate.
But when I run "discrete job value report" It is showing wrong data for the actual resource hours applied.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Work in Process
2. Navigation Path: Menu > View > Requests> Submit a New Request
3. run "Discrete Job Value Report"
