Error while creating claim user status

ORA-08004: sequence AMS_USER_STATUSES_B_S.NEXTVAL exceeds MAXVALUE and cannot be instantiated in Package AMS_User_Statuses_PVT Procedure Create_User_Status
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Responsibility: Oracle Trade Management User > Administration > Trade Management > User Statuses
2. Create a new user status with below parameters -
User Status for: Claim
System Status: Open
User Status: Enter user status name
3. Click on Create button. Error occurs.
