A MIPR (Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requisition) own type requisition is created in CLM. The requisition is approved and then the 448 is acknowledged. After acknowledgment, an user cancels one of the lines on the MIPR own requisition, resubmits the requisition for approval and then acknowledges acceptance of the requisition. Once this is complete the user navigates to the demand workbench in order to create an award.
The cancelled MIPR requisition line is displayed in the demand workbench as an available line to obligate.
Expect the line to not show in the demand workbench
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create MIPR own type
2. Approve Requisition and acknowledge
3. Cancel the line
4. Approve the cancellation
5. Check the Demand Workbench
