ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer gets extraneous reservations from closed and shipped sales orders

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer expects code to not allow extraneous or orphaned reservations from closed and shipped sales orders

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply solution from Note 1471606.1.
2. Note there are still records returned for extraneous and orphaned reservations from closed and shipped sales orders
