When Registering as iRecruitment External Visitor, The Cancel Button Does Not Work (Doc ID 2280368.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2 HRMS RUP8 version, Candidate Self Service

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user presses the Cancel button while in the middle of the registration process, the system does not abort the registration. Instead the page is refreshed and the user remains on the same page.

This happens when there is an assessment during registration. It does not matter whether the assessment is resumable or not.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be brought back to the iRecruitment homepage.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the external iRecruitment site.
2. Click on the Register today button.
3. Enter the details of the user and click the Submit button.
4. Complete the assessment.
5. Click the Cancel button on the resume page.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This issue is preventing external users to cancel their registration to the iRecruitment site.
