Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Reconciliation and Clearing
Bank Errors calculated during Reconciliation not matching AP Payment Accounting.
Example:
Functional currency: AED
Payment Amount 6311.03 EGP / 2610.43 AED
Exchange Rate: 0.41363
Cleared amount in Cash Management: 1473.44
Errors entered in Cash Management: -1136.99
Actual payment accounting:
Debit Credit
Bank Errors 2014.36
Cash 596.07
Cash Clearing 2610.43
Expected payment Accounting:
Debit Credit
Bank Errors 1136.99 -> this line should be in accordance with the Bank Errors entered in Cash Management
Cash 1473.44
Cash Clearing 2610.43
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reconcile a check and enter bank errors
2. Account the check
3. Verify that the bank errors and cash accounting are incorrect
