Transaction form throwing 'APP-FND-00654: FDFBDF' error


ERROR

APP-FND-00654: FDFBDF: GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE20 has not been assigned as a descriptive flexfield column

The flexfield compiler has detected that an unrecognized application column is being assigned to a flexfield segment. Please check the FND_COLUMNS table for data integrity problems.
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1.Transactions > Transactions
2. Try to create new transaction OR
   Query any old existing transactions

 Upgrade from 11i to R12.2.X
