The Expense Item LOV In The Mobile Field Service Multi Platform App For Windows Is Not Populating

On : 12.1.3 version, Multiplatform Based on HTML5

Users cannot search for expense items in the MFS MP Windows application.  The LOV contains no values

The expectation is that values will be available to select.   The application should show the same values as the Field service technician portal Debrief page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MP Windows app
2. Select a task
3. Add expense debrief line
4. Search the item field.
5. Nothing happens
