Available hours of resource to be calculated

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Responsibility = Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

2.  Navigation = Work Order Planning-> Scheduler Workbench

3.  Page shows availability of resource in purple bars at the bottom
         Resource Operador: Hours Available = 168 hr. per week
        Resource Soldador: Hours Available = 1008 hr. per week

4.  Navigation = Routing-> Department
     Query Department = TALLER
     Push Resources Button
     Resource Operador - 1 unit available 24 hours
     Resource Soldador - 6 units available 24 hours

    Operador Hours per week: 7 x 24 = 168 hr.    x   1 (Units)  = 168 hr.
    Soldador Hours per week: 7 x 24 = 168 hr.    x   6 (Units)  = 1008 hr.

5.  Change the calendar:
     A.  Resource OPERADOR is assigned the 12-hour calendar, one shift, TURNO 12 H G-12, Units is Blank on shift form
     B.  The screen Scheduler Workbench shows the operator resource with zero-hour availability, when it should be 84 hr. (7x12) x (1 unit resource) = 84
