ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An order line for a specific order is closed, the delivery details for the order line shows Interfaced to OM, but INV Interface flag is X and the pickable flag is N. However, the item definition detail report for the item on this line shows the item is Transactable in both the Inventory and Order Management tabs, that it is reservable and enabled for both Customer and Internal orders. Inventory balances were not adjusted for this item, and there is no data in mtl_transactions_interface for this order line.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected system to show the item was picked as well as shipped, that inventory transactions would exist in inventory tables, and that inventory balances would be adjusted when this item was shipped.
STEPS
-----------------------
The item had been flagged in the Inventory Master Items or Organization Items forms as non-transactable. The transactable flag was updated to Y after the sales order was booked.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot interface this shipment to inventory. A manual adjustment to inventory balances will be required.
