When notes are being entered by customer contacts via iSupport, only the login ID is shown in oracle Service Request Form log and Notes .However, when the same details are accessed via agent dashboard, in notes details able to can see the customer contact who entered the note using External link.Is there any way the same detail can be accessed in oracle form?
