ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On the sales order form, we cannot find the part requirement number which was the original source of the sales order

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the part requirement number.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a part requirement
2. An order was created from the PR
3. Open the sales order form and query the order.
4. Expect to see the associated part requirement number
