Organization Load Data Pump is throwing error

ORA-20001: APP-FND-02901: You do not have access privilege to any operating unit.
Please check if your profile option MO: Security Profile includes any operating unit or the profile option MO: Operating Unit is set. has been detected in MO_GLOBAL.INIT.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigated to HRMS Configuration Workbench Responsibility.
2. Select Workbench > Organization Structures > Load Organization Data.
3. Click on 'Run Data Pump', the program is giving above error in the log after execution.
