Business Intelligence Publisher 126.96.36.199.0, Enterprise Scheduler issues
The BI Publisher diagnostics available via 'Administration -> Scheduler Diagnostics' fail with the following authentication error:
Start Error: JMSAdminWrapper failed to start JMS Wrapper javax.naming.AuthenticationException:
Authentication failure: The specified user failed to login.
The failure is also seen from the Scheduler Configuration -> JMS Test.
