Advanced Collections Bill To Search Has Changed After Applying Patch 24671279 (Doc ID 2281472.1)

After applying patch 24671279, the Bill to search functionality changed, causing more steps in the application to query a customer.

1. Open collections form (Collections -> Collections Agent). Enter 1044 in the 'View: Bill To' field and click on the '...'.
2. Instead of pulling up the customer, the search window pops up and the user has to enter 1044 again.
3. Despite entering only '1044', the search window changes it to '1044%' and queries all locations that start with 1044. This may return numerous sites for some customers.
4. Prior to the patch, the user could simply enter '1044' in the View = Bill to field, and it would only return that customer. Post patch it adds an extra step to search.
