Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Subledger Accounting Program Report shows the following error.

The account code combination &ACCOUNT_VALUE is invalid. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

The following required field does not have a value: &MESSAGE

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Change the payroll name.
Run "Create Accounting".
Report show the error.
