When Employee Tries to Enroll in a Class, Oracle Learning Management Says there is a Conflicting Class.
Customer has a few individual that receives a notification from Oracle Learning Management (OLM) that tells them they already have a class scheduled at this time.
Unfortunately, the notification is wrong, there is no other class that is scheduled at that same date and time.
You have already enrolled in, or have requested, another class whose dates overlap these class dates. This does not prevent you from enrolling.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Admin sends hyperlink from the course to the learner.
No Learner Access is enable.
Class is wide open
Learner accesses their hyplerlink to enroll into the class
Learner then logs into the application and goes to Learner Self Service learners home and enrolls into the synchronous class and receives the warning.
These are synchronous classroom classes.
