Error Message Encountered when Trying to Modify Price on a Subline (Doc ID 2281965.1)

Symptoms

When trying to modify the price of a Service Contract manually on Pricing/Products tab > Pricing subtab, the following error occurs on some of the sublines:

Error
Call to QP engine API "qp_preq_pub.price_request" returned the following error: Routine QP_PREQ_GRP.INSERT_LDETS2 ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("QP"."QP_PREQ_LDETS_TMP_T"."CREATED_FROM_LIST_HEADER_ID")

Steps
1. Author a Service Contract.
2. Navigate to the Pricing subtab of the Sublines.
3. Try to change the price and receive the error.
