Status Field Not Showing Any Value For Tasks (Doc ID 2281970.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Collections Task tab >

After creating Dunning tasks (via the concurrent request) and trying to update the task, the Status field did not have any value in the LOV for other Task Statuses.

FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to: Collections > Query Customer > Tasks Tab > Create new task as >
  Type: Callback
  Status: Open – Assigned
  Click in Task Status field >

2. Error occurs
