Symptoms

Using Contract Lifecyle Iprocurement in 12.X


The 'Notes to Buyer' field does not save any of the written content when submitting a Requisition through the iProcurement module.


STEPS
-------------------
Steps to replicate:

1) Add item to Cart
2) Checkout
3) Complete required information (Addresses, POET, etc)
4) Selec t'Next'
5) Fill out 'Notes to Buyer' field
6) Select 'Next'
7) Select 'Submit'



The notes to buyer in the above field will not be there after the steps are completed
