Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,

After implementing Telesales and enabling the following event subscriptions as per support note 554004.1, we are randomly receiving numerous Workflow Event errors triggered by other modules. Some of the modules with event errors are receivables (Customers), Marketing (list imports) and iStore (user registration/updates).
