The Suppress Credit Functionality is Not Working as Expected (Doc ID 2282003.1)

Symptoms

The 'Suppress Credit' functionality in Service Contracts does not always work as expected.

When a user Terminates a partially billed Service Contract line, during the termination process the suppress credit checkbox is checked. However, when the Service Contracts Main Billing program is run, a Credit is created. Upon inspection of the terminated contract line, the suppressed amount is a negative value.

Steps
1. Terminate a partially billed service contract line.
2. During the termination process, the suppress credit checkbox is checked.
3. The Service Contracts Main Billing program is run.
4. The termination amount is a negative value.
