Suppress Credit Functionality Not Working As Expected Sometimes. (Doc ID 2282003.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Suppress Credit functionality is not working as expected sometimes.

When a user Terminates a partially billed service contract line, during the termination process, the suppress credit button is checked. However, when Service Contracts Main Billing program is run, a Credit is created. Upon inspection of the terminated contract line, the suppressed amount is a negative value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

On a terminated contract line, the suppressed amount should be positive even when a credit is generated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Terminate a partially billed service contract line.
2. During the termination process, the suppress credit button is checked.
3. The Service Contracts Main Billing program is run.
4. The termination amount is a negative value.
