Entering PTO Model with PTO Model Item Type Workflow Line causes "No workflow has been assigned to this transaction type" Error

Error
"No workflow has been assigned to this transaction type"
User-Defined Exception in Package Oe_Config_Util Procedure Process_Included_Items

Steps to Reproduce

  1. (N)OM > Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
  2. Entering Order Header and go to Line
  3. Enter a PTO Model and move to line type and select line type with PTO Model Item Type workflow
  4. Saving the line gives an error.
