Goal

There is a setup MOAC for Order Management as well as other modules in EBS.
MOAC can restrict data through security profiles on application.
But, requirement is to hide EBS tables( particularly _ALL(Ex. OE_ORDERS_HEADERS_ALL)) to view only one OU using the VPD script on database.
