R12.1: How to Insert the Row(Cell) on WEBADI Spreadsheet File (Doc ID 2282148.1)

Goal

After applying the following patches, WEBADI spreadsheet file is not able to insert the row (cell).

Patch 19273341 - R12.BNE.B.delta.4
Patch 21662231 - Post install recommended patch for R12.BNE.B.Delta.4
Patch 21041820 - DAILY RATES CREATE FAILS WITH JAVA.LANG.ARRAYINDEXOUTOFBOUNDSEXCEPTION

STEPS

1.Create a WEBADI spreadsheet file with the following Multiple layout.
  *Issue does not occur with Single layout.  (Ex: Functional Actuals - Single, Foreign Actuals - Single)

  Functional Actuals - Multiple
  Foreign Actuals - Multiple
  Encumbrances - Multiple
  Budgets - Multiple

2.Select and copy the cell.

3.Grey out 'Inserting a Copied Cell'
   Cannot insert a copied cell to the spreadsheet file.
