Symptoms

Unable to access SSO EBS home page post redirection. The browser keeps on waiting and the error appears:

The E-Business Home Page is located at https://host.domain.com/OA_HTML/AppsLogin
If your browser doesn't automatically redirect to its new location, click here.

Error in nohupaccess.out file shows:
