On EAM - Enterprise Asset Management, Mobile application

When attempting to perform material issue against an work order associated to an activity (non-transactable item), the following error occurs:

Item is not transactable. Press any key to continue.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. telnet into eAM Mobile Stores User responsibility
2. Material issue form
3. Enter the Work Order.
