When attempting to add component ABC123 to revised item AAAA123, the following error is occurring:

ERROR
You cannot add item ABC123 to this bill because the component must exist in all the organizations that are referencing this bill as common.

STEPS
1. Navigate to Engineering Change Orders, ECOs>ECOs
2. Enter the details for the ECO for revised item AAAA123
3. Click revised components and try to add ABC123
