Symptoms

Problem Statement:

"Start Archive" button not visible on QuickPay form for US legislation.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as HR responsibility which US business group is attached.
  2.  Open QuickPay form.
     (N) People > Enter and Maintain > (B) Assignment > (B) Others > QuickPay
  3. "Start Archive" button is not visible.
