Issues Removing The Appraisal Type LOV For 360 Degree Appraisal, When Creating Performance Management Plan. (Doc ID 2282476.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 
When trying to exclude type "360 Degree Appraisal" from List Of Values from the Add Appriasal information section when creating a plan in performance management and add appraisal template. Two approaches that are not working are below:
 
1) First Action:
 
Check Profile Option HR: Worker Appraisals Menu in site level contain value " Employee Appraisals Menu"
Check Employee Appraisals Menu and disable "360 Degree Appraisal" then compile the menu
 
Check Profile Option HR: Manager Appraisals Menu in site level contain value " Manager Appraisals Menu"
Check Manager Appraisals Menu and disable "360 Degree Appraisal" then compile the menu
 
Restart Apache.
 
2) Second Action:
 
Create new menu called "XXX Employee Appraisals Menu" contain only one function called "Standard Appraisal"
Create new menu called "XXX Manager Appraisals Menu" contain only one function called "Standard Appraisal"
 
Check Profile Option HR: Worker Appraisals Menu in site level contain value " XXX Employee Appraisals Menu"
Check Profile Option HR: Manager Appraisals Menu in site level contain value " XXX Manager Appraisals Menu"
 
Restart Apache.
 
Still "360 Degree Appraisal" type exist in the LOV. any support to remove it from LOV. !

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The list of value will not show the option for 360 appraisals.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HR Professional V4.0
2. Create a new appraisal.
3. Add a new appraisal template.
4. Unable to remove the 360 appraisal option from the Appraisal Type LOV.
