Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Rounding not working as per profile QP: Selling Price Rounding Options for Intercompany Transactions

Advanced pricing is being used for all our Intercompany Transactions across different operating units.
Profile INV: Advanced Pricing for Inter-Org Transfers set to Yes at site level.

However, the rounding logic on these intercompany transactions does not seem to be in line with the rounding logic used on the sales order.
We have the profile QP: Selling Price Rounding Options set to Additive: =round(listprice + adj); unrounded Freight at the site level. This profile works fine when the sales orders are entered in Order Management. However, for the intercompany transactions the logic being used seems to be different as we often see a one cent difference between SO price and intercompany transaction price for the same pricing scenario.

Example: Order  created in Order Management
Net price = List Price + 25% surcharge

Item1 $70.37
Surcharge $1.33

Order inter org transfer. Pricing calculated as part of the intercompany transactions
Net price = List Price + 25% surcharge

Item1 $70.36
Surcharge $1.34

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the transfer price to be same as 70.37 and 1.33

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order management super user
2. Enter order in one operating and ship from org belongs to different org.
3.Run ITS
