Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Setups

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On Lease Setup >Interest Rates: Unable to create more than 30 rows in Interest Rate table

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that the Interest Rates setup allows to create at least 31 records (on record for each of the month)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Super User > Setup > Receivables > Interest Rates
2. Define 30 records for Interest rate with Index Frequency Daily
3. Add Another Row > indicates row 31 is available but not visible at the end of the existing rows
