Unable To Tab Out Of Fields When Using A Certain Folder (Doc ID 2282906.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using a certain Folder in the Service Request form, is not possible to move from field to field using the Tab key.
Users need to use the mouse.
Other folders are working correctly.
Same folder works correctly on a different instance

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to move from field to field using the tab key

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Create Service Request form and select an specific folder
2. After that, when click the Tab key, the focus doesn't move to the next field.
