Cannot Find Receipts In Receiving Transaction Screen (Doc ID 2282927.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Receiving Functions

Users received quantities on Purchase Order (PO) in two Receipt Numbers. After the shipment is completed, users tried to Inspect it from Receiving Transaction form (RCVTXERT). When attempting to find the receipts, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-PO-14094: No records meet your search criteria.
Cause: There are no records that match your search criteria
Action: Re-enter your search criteria with fewer or different parameters.

ADDITIONAL INFO
-----------------------
Both Receipts appears in Receiving Summary with the right quantity and in Landed cost both shipments are completed successfully .


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to: Inventory
2. Navigate to: Transactions > Receiving > Receiving Transactions.
3. Query for Specific Receipt, get error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive material and this can cause shutdown/delay of production lines.
