Symptoms

Unable to Create Return because Ship-To from Source Order No Longer Active

When you try to create a return order in iStore it fails when the source orders ship-to is no longer active.

Expected Functionality: Create return with address on order (ship-to and bill-to). If one of those addresses is no longer active then use the primary for that customer

Steps to Recreate the Issue:
1. Open existing closed order is iStore order details
  - Note: if you don't have current closed order create new order and complete to closed status
2. Take note of the shipping address
3. Inactive the address or remove the ship-to business purpose from that ship-to
4. Ensure after inactivating the ship to you still have a primary ship-to defined
5. Log in to iStore and try to return the order
6. See the error

Ship-To Address for this customer is not valid.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open existing closed order is iStore order details
  - Note: if you don't have current closed order create new order and complete to closed status
2. Take note of the shipping address
3. Inactive the address or remove the ship-to business purpose from that ship-to
4. Ensure after inactivating the ship to you still have a primary ship-to defined
5. Log in to iStore and try to return the order
6. See the error
