Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Automatic Header Level Freight Charge is not applied when Promotional Goods modifier is applied.

Expected Behavior
Automatic Header Level Freight Charge is applied when Promotional Goods modifier is applied.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Header Level Freight Charge is applied.
  2. Add Line for applying Promotional Goods
  3. No Automatic Header Freight Charge is applied.
