Invalid Packages ARP_PS_UTIL and ARP_PROCESS_ADJUSTMENT After Patch Application (Doc ID 2283076.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Patch Application Issues

The following seeded packages become invalid after applying <Patch 25516731>
ARP_PS_UTIL
ARP_PROCESS_ADJUSTMENT


Automatic Receipts Creation Program (API) ends with below error in Automatic Receipts Execution Report when these two packages are invalid :

Error: APP-00001: Unable to find message: AUTORECERR 1 Application failure. You need to nullify the SELECTED FOR RECEIPT BATCH ID on the invoice when the invoice is fixed. Then apply the invoice manually to the receipt with receipt id: 2746, created by automatic receipts for that invoice APP-00001: Unable to find message: AUTORECERR 2 APPLY : ORA-06508: PL/SQL:could not find program unit being called.
